How the best guess is picked
Each board's answer is independent, so a guess's total value is the information it's expected to give on every unsolved board, added up (Shannon entropy over the words still possible on each board). The bars under each suggestion show where that information comes from, so you can see whether a guess helps everywhere or mostly on one board.
When a board is down to one word, it's flagged as a sure thing: playing it solves that board without risk. Otherwise the board with the fewest words left is the one closest to being solved.
